The Korle Klottey Municipal Assembly celebrated Ghana’s 68th Independence Day at the Kwame Nkrumah Water Park.
The Reviewing Officer for the ceremony was the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Emmanuel Baisie.
In his speech, the Municipal Education Director, Mr. Philip Aidoo, stated that the theme for this year’s celebration, “Reflect, Review, and Reset,” calls on us to reflect on our past achievements, review the challenges we face, and reset our focus and strategies to move our nation forward.
He emphasized that education plays a pivotal role in this process, as it is the foundation upon which national development is built. As a municipality, significant strides have been made in education over the past years.
