KoKMA HOST CANADA DAY

The 155th Independence Day of Canada has been celebrated in Ghana, the celebration was organised by Ghana chapter of Canada Global Celebrations Canada (GCC).

Welcoming celebrants to the Kwame Nkrumah water park, Municipal Chief executive of Korle Klottey Honourable Nii Adjei Tawiah urge Canadians in Ghana and abroad to be proud of this day as the country became a self-governing dominion from Great Britain.

Honourable Nii Adjei Tawiah calls on the Canadian government through the Canadian funding for international project to partner Korle Klottey Municipal Assembly (KoKMA) on climate finance program within Kwame Nkrumah circle and its environs.

Muhammed Ahmed Ennin, the president of Canada Global Celebrations (GCC) says the purpose of the celebration is to promote arts and culture of Canadians and the world in an entertaining and educational ways

’’the event will also create a platform for investment and networking opportunities opportunities between the two commonwealth nations in order to promote North-south cooperation’’ says Muhammed Ahmed Ennin.
